Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Waiver) refers to Fairway Foodies LLC (dba: Swing), 8480 Senoia Road, Fairburn, GA 30213

Service refers to services rendered and/or purchased on site or via Website.

You (referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Participant”, “Patron” or “Customer”) means the individual(s) accessing and/or participating in the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Website refers to Swing, accessible from www.swingatlanta.com

“Use at Your Own Risk” Waiver

The Service provided is for outdoor recreational use. Due to the uneven nature of the terrain, all participants use the Service at their own risk. The Company will not be liable to You or those under Your legal care/guardianship for misuse of any and all properties of the Company, for Your misconduct, decisions made, or actions taken that put You at risk for harm, injury, illness or damage of personal property.

Waiver

The information contained on the Website is for general information purposes only. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletion, or modifications to the contents on the Website at any time without prior notice.

Consent will be obtained by Participant for any photography used on Website and/or external links.

The Company does not warrant that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components.

External Links Waiver

The Service may contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by or in any way affiliated with the Company.

Please note that the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of, relevance, timeliness or completeness of any information on these external websites.

Agreeing to this waiver, you also give Swing approval to use your email, phone number to receive marketing promotions from Swing.

Any information obtained by the Company via the Website is not sold to any third party.

Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment will be charged on the day of your event.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property
Please dispose of all trash and decorations upon departure to avoid a $100 cleaning fee
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours will receive a credit for an alternate date. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is submitted within 48 hours of your event.
